30-Day Guarantee We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund if there is an issue with your order.

Damages and Issues (Important) Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@sipgo.shop with photos or videos of the issue. (Note: We require photo/video proof to process a free replacement or refund, as per our manufacturer's guidelines.)

Refunds or Replacements for Defects If your item is confirmed damaged or incorrect based on your photo evidence, we will send you a brand new replacement completely FREE of charge (no need to return the old one). Or, if you prefer, we can issue a full refund.

Returns for "Change of Mind" To be eligible for a return (if the item is not damaged), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Please note: For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Wrong Address Disclaimer Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or insufficient shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Refunds Processing We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return or verified your photo proof, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@sipgo.shop.
